Typical Dry Skin Care

Caring for dry skin doesn’t have to be difficult, there're three typical things you need to do to prevent premature wrinkles, deep expression lines and flaky or irritated skin caused by dry skin problems.

Face Washing

For dry skin care, the basic care should still include washing the face twice a day; once in the morning and once before you go to bed.One thing needs to be concerned is to avoid soap, as it can dry out the skin; try a very gentle cleanser formulated for dry skin. Also, avoid using very hot water, both for washing your face and in the shower, as hot water can also dry out the skin.More importanly,warm water is perfect for washing face,after that,get hand-ful of cold running water to rinse your face several time that will help tighten pores.

Basic Skin Care

If you use a toner, be sure that it doesn’t contain any alcohol, as alcohol can also irritate your skin and cause it to be dryer. Moisturizer is also an important part of your skin care routine. You’ll need a moisturizer rich in Vitamin A and E to help keep your skin hydrated and you may wish to try a richer moisturizer in the winter and a lighter moisturizer in the summer.Yet this is not enough,some of us still have no idear how much damage we're risking from the UV,so a sun block is needed for the whole year,either on sunny or rainy days.Dry skin requires a moisturizing UV protection lotion.

Exfoliating helps promote healthy cell regeneration by removing the dead skin cells, which helps the healthy skin breathe better, although those with dry skin should only do this once a week in order to avoid irritating the skin. Be sure to use an exfoliant that is gentle and always apply moisturizer or a moisturizing mask afterwards.

Daily Care

A great way to keep your skin healthy is drinking plenty of water,which keep your body hydrated.For dry skin problem it's recommended to drink around 2 liters of water or other isotonic liquids daily (it means: no sweet coffees or teas – they and sweet juices remove water from the body). It's recommended to drink water slowly during the day, avoiding drinking plenty of water in short periods of time, if we drink fast – our kidneys will be forced to filter out water. Drinking slowly we help our body to keep the water inside. There are also diet supplements, helpful in keeping hydrated our body from inside.

One of the biggest mistakes for dry skin is getting rid of fats in daily diets. As you may try to lose weight, you may not know that fats are essential in proper skin's hydration, and they contain many important vitamins for our body as well.A healthy diet with plenty of fresh foods to get plenty of nutrients and vitamins. Foods that are rich in Omega-3, like salmon and flax seeds, may help improve your skin.Be sure your diet contains vitamins your skin needs,inculding Vitamins A、E and Vitamins F.
